The publication of the images in printed or electronic form is subject to licensing. Please use the contact form to request and acquire a license.
With the payment of the commission the client acquires a license to use the photographic work within the scope of the usage agreed upon in writing. The basic usage rights granted are the "Rights of Use S" described in the IGAF Rights of Use Paper ( https://igaf.ch/en/rightsofuse/ ) as well as additional rights granted in writing by the photographer.
For uses beyond the agreed scope of usage the written consent of the photographer must be obtained, or the corresponding license must be acquired.
For any publication of the images the photographer must be clearly mentioned by name: 'Photography: Ariel Huber'
Changes of the images (photomontage, electronic image editing etc.) without permission by the photographer are prohibited.
